** Shares of Chariot Corp  CC9.AX  dip as much as 23.2% to
A$0.215, posting their biggest intraday pct loss ever 
    ** Stock hits its lowest level since Oct 11 
    ** Mineral explorer says it has received firm commitments
for A$1.6 mln ($1.07 mln) placement
     ** Issue price of A$0.20 per share is at a 28.6% discount
to stock's last close on Oct 16 
    ** Co says funds raised will be used for phase 2 drilling at
the Black Mountain lithium project, among others 
    ** Stock down 60.2% YTD, as of 0032 GMT
