Checkit plc (AIM:CKT) announces that on 4 May 2021, it was notified that John Wilson, Non-Executive Director and his spouse, Mrs S Wilson, sold a total of 100,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average of 64.075 pence per Ordinary Share to help fund purchase of property.
Following this transaction, Mr Wilson's total beneficial interest in the Company is 689,259 Ordinary Shares, of which 677,100 shares are held jointly with Mrs S Wilson, representing approximately 1.10% of the Company's total issued share capital.
