Checkit plc (AIM:CKT) announces that today, John Wilson, Non-Executive
Director, purchased a total of 93,350 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of
approximately 20.1957 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, John Wilson's total beneficial interest in the
Company is 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, of which 987,824 Ordinary Shares are
held jointly with his spouse, representing approximately 0.93% of the
Company's total issued share capital.
