Checkit plc (AIM:CKT) announces that on 9 December 2022, William
Maunder-Taylor, Vice President of Sales and PDMR, purchased a total of 148,168
ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 14.88 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, William Maunder-Taylor's total beneficial interest
in the Company is 397,270 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.37% of
the Company's total issued share capital.
