leaders, announces that on 27 October 2025, Kit Kyte, Chief Executive Officer,
purchased a total of 309,116 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12.94 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following this transaction, Kit Kyte's total beneficial interest in the
Company is 974,913 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.90% of the
