leaders, announces that on 30 October 2025, Kit Kyte, Chief Executive Officer,
purchased a total of 140,317 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 14.253 pence
per Ordinary Share.

 

Following this transaction, Kit Kyte's total beneficial interest in the
Company is 1,115,230 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.03% of the
Company's total issued share capital.
