Checkit plc (AIM: CKT), the automated monitoring platform for operational
leaders, announces that on 26 November 2025, Kit Kyte, Chief Executive
Officer, purchased a total of 192,358 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of
18.711 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following this transaction, Kit Kyte's total beneficial interest in the
Company is 1,673,798 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.55% of the
Company's total issued share capital.
