Grant of options and PDMR dealings 
Checkit plc (AIM:CKT) announces that, on 17 February 2021, it granted options over ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to certain Directors, PDMRs and employees to subscribe for, in aggregate, up to 1,587,500 Ordinary Shares under the Group's existing EMI Options Scheme and its new US Options Scheme (the "Options"). 
 
Options granted under both the EMI Options Scheme and US Options Scheme are exercisable after a three-year holding period and there are no performance conditions. Options granted under these schemes expire on the tenth anniversary of the date of grant. 
 
Following the above award of the Options, the total options outstanding are as follows:
