Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Checkit plc (AIM: CKT), is pleased to confirm that, further to the
announcements made on 26 November 2021 regarding the proposed Placing, a
Circular, including the notice of General Meeting and a Form of Proxy are
today being posted to shareholders.

The General Meeting will be held at Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan
Lane, London EC4R 3TT on 16 December 2021 at 10.00 a.m.

A copy of the Circular will shortly be available to download from the
Company's website at www.checkit.net (http://www.checkit.net) .

Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used but not defined in this
announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the Circular.
