Surrender of Existing Options

 

Checkit plc (AIM: CKT), the intelligent operations platform for the deskless
worker announces that on 31 January 2023, Kit Kyte, Chief Executive Officer
and a PDMR of the Company, surrendered for nominal consideration 225,000
options over ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") that were
granted on 17 February 2021 under the Group's Enterprise Management Incentive
Plan (the "Plan") and 227,500 options over Ordinary Shares that were granted
on 19 February 2021 also under the Plan.

 

Kit Kyte continues to hold 2,000,000 options over Ordinary Shares in the
Company under the Group's unapproved Enterprise Management Incentive Plan.

 

The notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the
requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulations and set out more details of
the transactions.
