Elektron announces that the Company's annual report and financial statements
for the year ended 31 January 2014, together with the notice of annual general
meeting ('AGM') have been posted to shareholders. 
 
Copies of the annual report and financial statements and the notice of AGM are

The forthcoming AGM will be held at 3.00pm on 31 July 2014 at The
