Notice of Annual General Meeting and TVR
Elektron announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and proxy form have today been posted to shareholders who are required to receive or have formally requested to receive these documents.
The AGM will be held at Westminster College, Madingley Road, Cambridge CB3 0AA on 30 July 2015 at 11:30am (this is a change of time from 3:00pm as stated in the RNS issued on 12 June 2015).
The Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 January 2015 was posted to shareholders on 12 June 2015.
The Notice of AGM and the Company's annual report and financial statements are available in the investors section of the Company's website at www.elektron-technology.com.
The Company's total issued and voting share capital comprises 186,100,851 ordinary shares, and not 186,099,851 ordinary shares as previously stated. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, securities of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
