Elektron Technology plc (AIM:EKT, "Elektron" or the "Group") announces that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 January 2018, together with the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders. The AGM will be held at 2.00 pm on 20 June 2018 in Seminar rooms 2 and 3, Hauser Forum, 3 Charles Babbage Rd, Cambridge, CB3 0GT.
