India's Chembond Chemicals jumps after approving demerger, business reorganization

** Chembond Chemicals  CHEM.NS  up 13.3% to a record high in
its most active trading session in more than a month
    ** Specialty chemicals maker approves demerger of the
construction chemicals and water technologies businesses into
Chembond Chemical Specialties Limited (CCSL) 
    ** Also approves amalgamation of Chembond Clean Water
Technologies Ltd into CCSL and amalgamation of Chembond Material
Technologies, Phiroze Sethna and Gramos Chemicals into co
    ** Session's spike pushes YTD gains to 130%
