** Co posts Q1 diluted EPS of $0.32, up 14.3% from a year

** Sees Q2 diluted EPS of $0.25 to $0.30 and consolidated
net sales of $545 mln to $565 mln
** Also expects FY 2023 diluted EPS of $0.70 to $0.82, down
from an earlier forecast of $0.79 TO $0.91
** Including session gains, stock up 5.5% in 2023
