       Sept 29 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Friday:

        
  
    
        ** Blue Apron  APRN.O  said it would be acquired by
privately held food delivery company Wonder Group in an
all-stock deal for $103 million amid tough competition and low
demand for its meal-kits.

        ** Spanish mobile phone tower operator Cellnex  CLNX.MC 
said it sold a 49% stake in its Swedish and Danish units to
infrastructure investor Stonepeak for 730 million euros ($772

    ** EquiLend Holdings LLC, the securities lending platform
owned by 10 of the biggest Wall Street firms, including Goldman

Partners for $938.1 million in an all-cash deal, the apparel
