Sept 29 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0940 GMT on Friday:

    ** EquiLend Holdings LLC, the securities lending platform
owned by 10 of the biggest Wall Street firms, including Goldman
Sachs Group Inc  GS.N  and BlackRock Inc  BLK.N , is exploring a
sale following settlement of a major collusion lawsuit, people

    ** Italy's Enel  ENEI.MI  said it has finalised the sale of
50% of the two entities owning the group's renewable activities

    ** Spanish mobile phone tower operator Cellnex  CLNX.MC 
said it sold a 49% stake in its Swedish and Danish units to
infrastructure investor Stonepeak for 730 million euros ($772.49

    ** Britain's competition regulator said it has cleared
UnitedHealth Group's  UNH.N  1.24 billion-pound ($1.52 billion)

    ** Chico's FAS  CHS.N  will be taken private by Sycamore
Partners for $938.1 million in an all-cash deal, the apparel
retailer said, sending its shares surging to close 63% higher.
