 * ...more (i) issue and placing of convertible notes by cap under specific  mandate and subscription of peony finance convertible note by Easy One Group  ;(II) connected transactions of cap; (III) major transaction of Easy One ;  and(IV) disclosu 
 * Says CAP entered into the notes placing agreement with the placing agent, 
 * Notes placees to subscribe for the placing convertible notes in a maximum  aggregate principal amount of hk$360 million 
 * Says gross proceeds and net proceeds will be hk$500 million, and  approximately hk$488 
 * Pursuant to deal CAP has appointed pacing agent for the purpose of procuring notes 
 * Cap entered into Peony Finance subscription agreement with Peony Finance (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Easy One 
 * Peony Finance has agreed to subscribe for, the peony finance convertible note in a maximum principal amount of hk$140 million 
 * Portion of net proceeds in amount of hk$100 million will be utilised towards offsetting outstanding principal amount and/or interest of eog loan
