Nov 4 (Reuters) - China Agri-Products Exchange Ltd  0149.HK : 
 * Applied for resumption of trading with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, 5 
   November 2015 
 * Proposes to raise gross proceeds of up to about HK$293 mln, by way of rights 
   issue of 698 million rights shares 
 * Net proceeds to be raised from the rights issue estimated to be approximately HK$283 million 
 * On 30 October 2015 (as varied on 4 November 2015), cap and the underwriter entered into the underwriting agreement 
 * Says of total net proceeds, HK$264 million is intended to be applied for 
   repayment of bank borrowings and interests
