 * Chagri-prod-new-further update on the legal proceedings in Wuhan, the prc  0149.HK  
 * Noted that each of wang and tian jiu had commenced legal proceedings against the prc ministry of Commerce 
 * Will continue to liaise with mofcom and closely monitor any further developments and/or any action that mofcom may take 
 * Proceedings alleging that mofcom failed to discharge its statutory duties for handling their application 
 * Seeks an order from Hubei court to compel wang & tian jiu to file spa and related documentation with mofcom for approval 
 * co received December 2015 judgment on 7 January 2016 and is currently seeking legal advice from prc legal advisors on December 2015 judgment
