 * Ch city infra-subscription of new shares and resumption of trading  2349.HK  
 * The company entered into a subscription agreement with the subscriber (China Financial International Investments Limited) 
 * Applied for resumption in trading of its shares and debt securities on the stock exchange from 9:00 a.m. on 1 June 2016 
 * Says net proceeds of the subscription of approximately hk$204 million
