* Ludao PRC, Sinopharm TCM and Lu Xian Cao Tang entered into
capital contribution agreement
* Registered capital of joint venture is RMB100 million
* JV would develop projects for research and development,
manufacture and sale of medical and edible aerosol products
* Capital contribution percentages are Ludao Prc 51 percent,
Sinopharm Tcm 25 percent, Lu Xian Cao Tang 24 percent
