 * Says on 24 December 2015, sheng long and Jiangsu gcl entered into the share transfer agreement 
 * Deal for at a consideration of RMB170 million 
 * Says consideration shall be payable by Jiangsu gcl to sheng long in cash 
 * Expected gain on the disposal attributable to Zhong An and cnc will amount to RMB82.2 million and RMB112.4 mlnrespectively
