 * Lender, subsidiary of the company, entered into the loan agreements with the 
   borrowers 
 * Deal for first borrower a term loan in the principal amount of hk$31 million 
 * Agreed to lend to third borrower a term loan in the principal amount of 
   hk$26mln 
 * Agreed to lend second borrower a term loan in the principal amount of 
   hk$28mln repayable on the second loan repayment date
