** Co expects the aggregate amount of dividends, including interim, final and special dividends, to be declared and paid to shareholders for each of the financial years from 2026 to 2028 will be no less than 0.37 yuan per share
** Co formulates the dividend plan with a focus on long term and sustainability, aiming to establish a consistent return mechanism and maintain stable profit distributions
