** Stock hits highest since March 19; second biggest pct gainer on Hang Seng Index .HSI, which is up 0.3%

** Property management unit of China Resources Land 1109.HK posts ~24% y/y jump in 2024 profit attributable; rev soars 15.4% y/y, gross profit margin rises to 32.9% from 31.8% in 2023

** Declares final dividend of 0.643 yuan and special dividend of 0.614 yuan

** China Resources Land gains 2.2%

** YTD, China Resources Mixc adds 17.7%
