Aug 9 (Reuters) - China Silver Group Ltd 0815.HK :
* Unit has obtained approval for pilot operation of
value-added telecommunications business by foreign investors in
China
* Sz Silver, Szco, Chen, Qian and Baiyin town entered into
contractual arrangement termination agreement
* Pursunt to approval, group is now permitted to provide
online data processing and transaction processing services
* Pursuant to termination agreement, vie agreements shall
terminate upon satisfaction of certain conditions precedent
