* Says 2016 after-tax profit of enlarged target group
exceeded rmb80 million
* Pursuant to sale and purchase agreement, final
consideration to be paid to vendor by company shall be adjusted
to rmb625 million
* Remaining balance of consideration in sum of rmb275
million was paid on april 11 by co by way of issue and allotment
of 137.5 million consideration shares
* Refers to announcements in respect of effective
acquisition of remaining 75% equity interest in shanghai huatong
through a series of deals
