China Tianrui says police detain two executives over incident unrelated to company

HONG KONG, May 10 (Reuters) - China Tianrui Group Cement Co 
Ltd  1252.HK  said police have detained two executives on 
suspicion of criminal offences unrelated to the company.  
    Non-executive director Yang Yongzheng and joint company 
secretary Yu Chun Liang had not been charged, China Tianrui said 
in a filing to the Hong Kong bourse late on Tuesday. 
    It said their detention was related to an incident in 
Shandong province on April 8, but it did not elaborate. 
    "The incident has not affected the group and the business 
and operations of the group remain normal," Chairman Li Liufa 
said in the statement.
