Nov 8 (Reuters) - Hongda Financial Holding Ltd  1822.HK - 
    * On 8 Nov Hongda Financial, a direct wholly-owned 
subsidiary of company and JV partners entered into JV agreement 
    * Parties agreed to jointly establish JV company 
    * Hongda financial will contribute RMB100 million to JV 
    * Pursuant to JV agreement, registered capital of JV company 
will be RMB2.5 billion 
    * JV company will be owned as to 4% by Hongda Financial 
    * JV company, for principal business of developing 
businesses of internet microfinance, microfinance, discounted 
note
