April 26 (Reuters) - Chinlink International Holdings Ltd 
 0997.HK : 
    * Chinlink Alpha, an indirect unit of co, Hanjiang & 
Financial Guarantee Co entered into financial guarantee 
cooperation agreement 
    * financial guarantee cooperation agreement in relation to 
capital injection into financial guarantee company 
    * Pursuant to financial guarantee cooperation agreement, 
hanjiang has agreed to invest RMB100 million 
    * Application has been made by co to stock exchange for 
resumption of trading in shares on stock exchange with effect 
from 27 april 2017 
    * After investment, financial guarantee co will be held as 
to approximately 67pct by Chinlink Alpha and approximately 33pct 
by Hanjiang
