June 12 (Reuters) - Chinlink International Holdings Ltd 
 0997.HK  
    * Company, Trillion up, IK Global and MCM founders entered 
into agreement 
    * Transactions in relation to acquisition of MCM group 
involving deemed disposal of Alpha Yield 
    * Ik global has conditionally agreed to subscribe for new 
shares in alpha yield 
    * Trillion up to subscribe for additional new shares in 
Alpha Yield in amount of US$4 million in cash 
    * MCM founders have right to exercise put option to require 
co to purchase shares in alpha yield held by ik global at us$50 
million 
    * Entire issued share capital of Alpha yield shall be held 
as to 51% by trillion up and 49% by ik global at completion 
    * Application has been made by co for resumption of trading 
in shares on stock exchange with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 13 
June
