Christie & Co successfully brokers sale of nursery group to Busy Bees Childcare
Christie Group plc ('Christie' or the 'Group'), the leading provider of Professional Business Services and Stock & Inventory Systems & Services to the leisure, retail and care markets, is pleased to announced that Christie & Co, its specialist provider of agency and advisory services, has successfully advised and brokered the sale of Bush Babies Children's Nurseries Ltd to Busy Bees Childcare, one of the country's leading childcare operators.
The highly regarded nursery group comprises seven impressive settings with an effective operating capacity for in excess of 435 children, all located across Leicestershire. 
The sale further demonstrates Christie & Co's increasing presence in the sector. With the largest dedicated team of childcare business property agents in Europe, it has advised on nursery assets with a value of 733.6m in the last 12 months.
