Christie Group plc (AIM: CTG.L), the leading provider of Professional & Financial Services and Stock & Inventory Systems & Services to the hospitality, leisure, healthcare, medical, childcare & education and retail sectors, has been notified that on 21 November 2019, Victoria Muir, Non-executive Director, who is considered to be a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), has purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 103.00 pence per Ordinary Share.



Accordingly, Miss Muir's beneficial and non-beneficial holdings in the Company have increased to 10,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.04 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
