Christie Group plc (AIM: CTG.L), the leading provider of Professional & Financial Services and Stock & Inventory Systems & Services to the hospitality, leisure, healthcare, medical, childcare & education and retail sectors, has been notified that on 14 July 2020, David Rugg, Chairman and Chief Executive, who is considered to be a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), has gifted the beneficial interest and voting rights of 380,137 Christie Group plc ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to his son, Mr J P Rugg, for nil consideration
 
This holding represents 1.43% of Christie Group plc shares and represents Mr J P Rugg's entire beneficial holding in Christie Group plc. 


Accordingly, David Rugg's total holding in the Company, has reduced to 11,392 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.04 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company. This 0.04 per cent holding excludes those shares held by Mrs Rugg.
