PDMR notification
Christie Group plc (AIM: CTG.L), the leading provider of Professional &
Financial Services and Stock & Inventory Systems & Services to the
hospitality, leisure, healthcare, medical, childcare & education and
retail sectors, has been notified that on 12 July 2022, Paul Ian Harding,
Executive Director, who is considered to be a person discharging managerial
responsibilities ("PDMR"), has transferred 168,935 Christie Group plc ordinary
shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Mrs Angela Harding,
for nil consideration.
Accordingly, Mr Harding's beneficial and non-beneficial holdings in the
Company have remained the same at 337,870 ordinary shares, representing
approximately 1.27 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK
