("Christie Group" or the "Company")
Director / PDMR Shareholding
Christie Group plc (CTG.L), the leading provider of Professional &
Financial Services and Stock & Inventory Systems & Services to the
hospitality, leisure, healthcare, medical, childcare & education and
retail sectors, has been notified that on 27 September 2022, Mr Daniel Ronald
Prickett, Chief Operating Officer, who is considered to be a person
discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), has exercised options over
50,000 Christie Group ordinary shares of 2 pence each which had an exercise
price of 75.0 pence (the "Option Shares"). The Option Shares are existing
shares held by the Christie Group plc 2007 Company Share Option Plan (the
"CSOP") and have today been transferred to Mr Prickett by the Christie Group
Employee Share Ownership Trust ("ESOT") in accordance with the terms of the
CSOP.
Mr Prickett subsequently transferred 3,333 Christie Group plc ordinary shares
of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Mrs Lisa Marie Prickett, for
nil consideration.
Mr Prickett and Mrs Prickett together immediately sold 50,000 Ordinary shares,
back to the ESOT, at a price of 120.0 pence per share.
Mr Prickett retains options over a further 100,000 Ordinary Shares via a 2015
CSOP award, and a further 35,344 options for which Mr Prickett is contributing
to the Christie Group Save As You Earn 5 year schemes.
Accordingly, Mr Prickett's beneficial and non-beneficial holdings in the
Company have remained the same at 75,000 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 0.28 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
