Director / PDMR Shareholding

 

Christie Group plc (CTG.L), the leading provider of Professional &
Financial Services and Stock & Inventory Systems & Services to the
hospitality, leisure, healthcare, medical, childcare & education and
retail sectors, has been notified that on 10(th) January 2023, Mr Paul Ian
Harding, Executive Director, who is considered to be a person discharging
managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), sold 85,000 Christie Group ordinary
shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary shares") to the Christie Group Employee
Share Ownership Trust ("ESOT") for a consideration of 117.5 pence per share.

 

In addition, Mr Harding's wife, Mrs Angela Harding, sold 85,000 Ordinary
Shares to the ESOT for 117.5 pence per share.

As such, the total number of Ordinary Shares sold by Mr and Mrs Harding is
170,000.

 

Accordingly, Mr Harding's beneficial and non-beneficial holdings in the
Company have reduced to 167,870 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately
0.63 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
