Financial information 
 
The financial information set out above does not constitute the Company's
statutory accounts for the years ended 31 December 2014 or 2013, but is
derived from those accounts. Statutory accounts for 2013 have been delivered
to the Registrar of Companies and those for 2014 will be delivered following
the Company's Annual General Meeting. The auditors have reported on those
accounts; their reports were unqualified, did not draw attention to any
matters by way of emphasis and did not contain statements under either Section
498(2) or (3) of the Companies Act 2006. 
 
Report and Accounts 
 
Copies of the 2014 Annual Report and Accounts will be posted to shareholders
in early May.  Further copies may be obtained by contacting the Company
Secretary at the registered office.  Alternatively, the 2014 Annual Report and
Accounts will be available to download from the investor relations section on
the Company's website www.christiegroup.com

The Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to take place at
