Christie Group plc (AIM: CTG.L), the leading provider of Professional & Financial Services and Stock & Inventory Systems & Services to the hospitality, leisure, healthcare, medical, childcare & education and retail sectors, has been notified that on 8 May 2019, Christopher John Day, Executive Director, who is considered to be a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), has transferred 320,000 Christie Group plc ordinary shares to his wife, Mrs Sunita Abbigail Day, for nil consideration.



Accordingly, Mr Day's beneficial and non-beneficial holdings in the Company have remained the same at 762,847 ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.88 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
