Trading Update

 

The Board of Directors of Christie Group plc (CTG.L), the leading provider of
Professional & Financial Services and Stock & Inventory Systems &
Services to the hospitality, leisure, healthcare, medical, childcare &
education and retail sectors, is pleased to announce the following trading
update ahead of the end of the Company's financial year to 31 December 2021:

 

"Since the publication of our Interim Results in September our Professional
& Financial Services Division has performed strongly and this means we
currently believe that our full year results will at least be in line with
market expectations and there is no change to our trading guidance set out in
the Interim Results.

It is invariably the case that the conclusion to transactional assignments
cluster at the calendar year end, while the resurgent pandemic currently
provides increased uncertainty as to the timing of transaction commitments
becoming binding.

 

Our Stock & Inventory Systems & Services Division continues to face
some disruption to normal trading.

 

Nonetheless, should our year end progress continue as anticipated, we continue
to expect our results for the full year to exceed current market expectations.

 

We intend to issue a further trading up date concerning the current year,
early in 2022."
