Chrysalis announces that further to recent announcements regarding the Company's ongoing management arrangements, Mr Simon Holden and Mr Tim Cruttenden, non-executive Directors of the Company, have stepped down from the Board of Directors with effect from today's date.
The Board wish to express their gratitude to Mr Holden and Mr Cruttenden for their valued contributions to the Company during their tenure.
