    * Says the co and C.I.Kasei entered into business 
integration agreement to be merged into C.I. TAKIRON Corporation 
on April 1, 2017 
    * Says one share of C.I.Kasei will be exchanged into 0.975 
share of the co 
    * Says Itochu Corp  8001.T  will hold 51.2 percent stake in 
C.I. TAKIRON Corporation after the merger 
    * Says the current president Katsumori Hyodo will be the 
chairman of the board and Yosuke Minamitani will be the new 
president since April 1, 2017 
    * Says previous plan disclosed on Aug. 5
