Luxembourg's Anatol to bid for Slovenia's Cinkarna

LJUBLJANA, June 4 (Reuters) - Luxembourg's Anatol S.a.r.l.
plans to lauch a takeover bid for all of Slovenia's metal
products maker Cinkarna Celje CICJ.LJ , Nova Ljubljanska Banka,
which is leading the process, said on Monday.
It said the bid will be announced within the next 30 days,
giving no further details.
Shares of Cinkarna, which has a market capitalisation of
about 195 million euros ($228.48 million), jumped 6.7 percent to
255 euros by 0907 GMT after the news was released, while the
blue-chip SBI index .SBITOP gained 1.2 percent.
