LJUBLJANA, Oct 1 (Reuters) - Slovenia is looking for a buyer
for a 70.8 percent stake in metal products maker Cinkarna Celje
CICJ.LJ , the state investment fund SDH said on Wednesday.
It said non-binding bids are expected by November 14.
Slovenia had mandated Daiwa Corporate Advisory as a financial
advisor in the sale in April.
The state and its firms control about 52 percent of
Cinkarna, while the rest owned by private investors.
Cinkarna, which has market capitalisation of 167.8 million
euros ($211.80 mln), is one of 15 firms that the government
earmarked for privatisation last year. So far three have been
sold.
The new centre-left cabinet of Prime Minister Miro Cerar,
which was sworn in earlier this month, has pledged to continue
privatisation.
