Nov 2 (Reuters) - Marvell Technology MRVL.O struck its biggest-ever deal to buy Lumentum Holdings LITE.O for $115 billion, including debt, bolstering its challenge to larger rival Broadcom AVGO.O as tech giants pour billions into AI infrastructure.
