("City of London", "CLIG", "the Group" or "the Company")
 
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them.
 
City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group offering a range of institutional products investing in closed-end funds, has been notified that Stable View III LP, a Partnership set up by Barry Olliff, a Non-Executive Director, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), has sold 110,529 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of £4.5224 per share.
 
This sale of Ordinary Shares is in accordance with Barry Olliff's intention to sell at incremental price points as reported in the CLIG 2019 Report and Accounts and announced on 16 September 2019.
 
Following the sale, Mr Olliff's beneficial interest is 1,914,657 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
