Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them.

 

City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group offering a range of institutional and retail products, has been notified that Cooper Abbott, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), has purchased 11,508 shares at an aggregate price of £3.819 per ordinary share of £0.01 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

 

Following this transaction, Mr. Abbott's beneficial interest is 40,008 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.

 

In addition, and as announced on 4 March 2026, Mr. Abbott has also been granted 184,076 Ordinary Shares under the Company's LTIP, which will vest on the third anniversary of grant subject to achieving certain performance conditions. Further details of these performance conditions will be disclosed in the Directors' Remuneration Report in the Group's next Annual Report.
