BOARD AND COMMITTEE CHANGES

 

City of London (LSE: CLIG): announces that Ben Stocks, Independent
Non-Executive Director, succeeded Rian Dartnell as the Chair of the Nomination
Committee on 1 July 2025.  Rian will, however, remain as a member on the
Nomination Committee and Chair of the Board.

 

Further to the announcement on 10 June 2025, the Company confirms that Tom
Griffith left the Board and his role as Chief Executive Officer on 1 July
2025. Tom will remain with the Company as a Senior Advisor through September
2025. The Board and the Company are involved in a planned succession process
and further information will be forthcoming.
