CITY OF LONDON INVESTMENT GROUP PLC

("City of London", "CLIG", "the Group" or "the Company")

 

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them.

 

City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group
offering a range of institutional and retail products investing primarily in
closed-end funds, has been notified that Executive Director Mark Dwyer has
exercised 50,000 share options at an exercise price of £3.60 per share, and
also sold 12,500 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of £5.34 per share.

 

Following these transactions, Mr. Dwyer's beneficial interest is 277,092
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.5% of the Company's issued share
capital.
